To apply for any of the awards in this category, your business should first be able to demonstrate it meets the
eligibility criteria.

The panel of judges assess all shortlisted applicants for this award. The winning SME would be the one that reflects the theme of the FDB’s National SME Awards – Recognising Innovative and Sustainable SMEs.

Judging criteria includes evidence that demonstrates SME to have incorporated both innovative and sustainable practices in either one or all of its business decisions, policies, processes, outputs/products/services.

Types of  SMEs that can apply for this award:

Examples of SMEs that can apply for this award include those that live up to being “innovative and sustainable”.
