2018 FDB’s National Small and Medium Enterprise Awards
The Fiji Development Bank [FDB] invites Tender from reputable creative design studios and event production agencies for conceptualization, design & layout and production for the following 2018 FDB’s National Small and Medium Enterprise Awards’ (2018 NSMEA):
- 100 copies of A3 sized posters; Closing Date 02.11.18;
- 500 copies of A4 sized 4 page-fold 150gsm board Entry Forms; Closing Date 02.11.18;
- 1000 copies of A3 sized 4-fold brochures; Closing Date 02.11.18;
- Four (4) 30- seconds videos for advertisement; Closing Date 02.11.18;
- 12 recycled-paper certificates for winners; 25 recycled-paper certificates for partners/sponsors/ judges; Closing Date 02.11.18;
- Event Programme and Invites; Closing Date 16.11.18;
- Become a Member of the Panel of Judges; Closing Date 16.11.18;
- Event Production, including 3X LED Screens, Projection, Sound, Light, Videography and Photography; Closing Date 02.11.18;
- 13x wooden/recycled product award plaques; Closing Date 02.11.18;
- 250 Shell Necklaces and One (1) Salusalu; Closing Date 16.11.18;
- Morning Tea beverage for 50 individuals; Closing Date 02.11.18;
- Event Venue, Beverages and Dinner for 150 individuals: Closing Date 16.11.18;
- Site Visitation Video Production, Closing Date 02.11.18;
- Standard, deluxe, executive accommodation in Suva (Two nights; 14 individuals/room);
- Master/Mistress of Ceremony, Closing Date 16.11.18, and
- Tailor-made Kalavata tops/shirts for 23 individuals, Closing Date 16.11.18.
The Tender must include the company profile, detailing services offered and capacity, and address specifications listed in the Scope of Work.

Agencies that focus on creativity, resourcefulness, efficiency in turnaround time and quality of work will be at an advantage. Late applications will not be accepted. The lowest Tender will not necessarily be selected.
